Artist & Curator Walkthrough featuring Lee Bul and Salome Asega discussing 'Lee Bul. The Anatomy of Every Setting Sun,' the artist's first solo exhibition with Hauser & Wirth. Lee Bul, one of the most influential artists of her generation, brings together major new sculptures and recent bodies of work examining humanity's drive to transcend nature through technology. The exhibition extends Lee's decades-long examination of utopian aspiration and inevitable collapse, exposing tensions between technology, history, and nature. Salome Asega is Deputy Director of Strategy and Innovation and Director of NEW INC at the New Museum. Live translations by Estelle Lee will be provided. The opening reception follows at 6 pm.
