Born in Ukraine and now based in Berlin, Yevhen holds a Master's degree in Fine and Decorative Arts with a focus on ceramics. Since 2009, he has worked from his own studio, developing a deep connection to the potter's wheel while creating both functional and large-scale ceramic works. After many years in production pottery, his practice has shifted towards smaller forms that explore character, presence, and materiality. His work investigates the contrast between polished, glossy surfaces and raw, geological textures — balancing refinement with something more primal and elemental.
