Künstlerhaus Bethanien, Kottbusser Straße 10/d, 10999, Berlin
20 de marzo de 2026 – 17 de mayo de 2026
Group show on how memory resonates across cultures and generations through video, performance and installation. The Neuer Berliner Kunstverein (n.b.k.) and Künstlerhaus Bethanien jointly present works by recipients of the Berlin Senate’s 2025 Visual Arts Work Grant. The exhibition is conceived as a two-part, parallel presentation across both venues, bringing together international artists living and working in Berlin. Each venue features a distinct group of artists, forming one overarching exhibition. Across diverse media—including video, sound, photography, painting, drawing, installation, and performance—the participating artists engage with societal, political, and historical questions. Their works critically examine power structures, norms, and ideologies, addressing both visible and invisible mechanisms that shape perception, knowledge production, and cultural canonization in physical and digital spaces.
