The group exhibition explores the relationships and entanglements between human and non-human life, and how our existence depends on all other living beings on this planet: those whose air we breathe, who provide us with food, and who supply vital materials. Through photography, video, and objects, the exhibition examines moments of contact, care, and desire between different Earth beings — or “planetmates,” as biologist Lynn Margulis calls them.
