On the occasion of the exhibition ›Moving Clouds‹, the PalaisPopulaire invites you to an Artist Talk with the Slovak artist Lucia Tallová, who was awarded the ›Artist of the Year‹ 2026 by Deutsche Bank. In the conversation, Tallová gives insights into her artistic practice, which moves between painting, collage and installation. From photographs from old books and magazines, combined with finds, natural materials and objects, she develops multi-layered pictorial worlds in which memory, loss and utopia are negotiated as well as questions of ecology, modernity and repressed female stories. The artist will talk to Britta Färber, Global Head of Art and Culture, Deutsche Bank and curator of the exhibition, about the creation of the works, the themes of the exhibition and Tallová's artistic perspectives.
