Holding Balance

The title Holding Balance can be understood both in relation to the works themselves and more broadly as a reflection on the conditions of contemporary life. The exhibition brings together works exploring the tension between order and instability, structure and movement. Through line, rhythm, layered surfaces, and a reduced palette, balance appears as something shifting, fragile, and constantly renegotiated. Galya Lutzky is a multidisciplinary artist with a mathematical background, currently based in Berlin. The exhibition takes place in a space in Prenzlauer Berg that many locals know as Bill's bar, now beginning a new chapter. Today it combines a lawyer's office with a cultural initiative, opening its doors to contemporary art.
