Kira Freije – Between Sunlight

British artist Kira Freije (born 1985 in London, lives in London, nominated for this year's Turner Prize) gathers a group of sculptural works in Between Sunlight. Their figures radiate deep connection and at the same time seem to be immersed in their own thoughts. Fabrics and found materials give the scenery a material complexity, while the deliberately open narrative connections open up spaces for one's own experiences and ideas.
