The exhibition ›Noise. Echoes of an Institution' traces the history of the Centre for Art Exhibitions of the GDR (ZfK) by means of selected works of art, archival materials and historical documents. Together with the art mediator Clara Gross, we delve deep into the subject matter and investigate the question of how the institution's work shaped international cultural exchange and how art, ideology and politics were intertwined in the GDR.
