Contemporary Fine Arts presents the fourth exhibition by the Austrian artist Walter Pichler (1936-2012) on the occasion of Berlin Art Week 2026. In sculpture, drawing and architecture, Pichler has developed an extraordinarily important work since the 1960s. With the ‘prototypes’, a series of conceptual works, he gained international renown. Together with Hans Hollein and Raimund Abraham, he designed utopian spaces and showed his works in 1975 at the Museum of Modern Art in New York. The exhibition brings together works from different creative phases and gives a concentrated insight into his multi-layered universe of drawings, models, sculptures and houses.
