The Stabi Kulturwerk is the 1,000-square-meter exhibition space of the Staatsbibliothek zu Berlin. Discover centuries-old manuscripts and valuable books, decipher original sheet music and manuscripts, or take a look at detailed maps. In the permanent exhibition, more than 300 objects tell the fascinating stories of the library and its collections. Every quarter there is something new to explore, because the particularly precious objects are regularly exchanged. In changing special exhibitions you will learn details and backgrounds on topics of literature, contemporary history and written culture.
